The Riverbank Centre is the home of the Whangarei Theatre Company, and was built by company members in the mid-1980s. We currently produce three shows each year, two always being musicals with the third either a musical or a play. In addition the Junior Theatre also stage productions.
The facilities of the Riverbank Centre are available for hire, and packages can be developed to include the use of the company's technical equipment, subject to availability.
