Hilltop Wines is a small boutique Waikato winery with a capacity of 2,000. The owner Phil Abel is unique whereby he encourages concertgoers to amble through the vineyards tasting the grapes and become familiar with his award-winning products.
The venue is situated on top of a hill with views across the picturesque Waikato River and rich green Waikato valleys.
