Hilltop Wines is a small boutique Waikato winery with a capacity of 2,000. The owner Phil Abel is unique whereby he encourages concertgoers to amble through the vineyards tasting the grapes and become familiar with his award-winning products.
The venue situated on top of a hill with views across the picturesque Waikato River and rich green Waikato valleys. To launch this inaugural concert at Hilltop vineyard is producing a “Best of British” concept, whereby UK hits originally performed by The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, The Kinks, Rod Stewart, Cliff Richard, David Bowie, Joe Cocker, and The Bee Gees performed by talented, professional artist’s as, Midge Marsden, Shane, Celine Toner, Eve, Abbey Road, Bullfrog Rata.
Gates open at 2.30 pm so relax to cool music as the sun sets on the Hilltop vineyard and finish the day with party time sing-a-long hits of the 60’s and 70’s (No BYO alcohol)
