Auckland Cathedral of the Holy Trinity is a place of worship, choral music, art, architecture, learning and history. Cathedrals are not merely museums; they are living spaces and the Cathedral is a spiritual centre and focus for the Anglican churches of the Auckland Diocese as well as the city. The Cathedral is also used regularly as a venue for music and cultural performances. The Cathedral Precinct, situated in Parnell, consists of Holy Trinity Cathedral as well as St Mary’s, the former Cathedral Church.
