An enthusiastic, forward thinking Board of Trustees, combined with a professional, dedicated staff continues to provide quality learning opportunities for all students enrolled at Otamarakau School.

Our school prides itself on our ‘family atmosphere’ where everyone knows each other, Staff are in a position to build positive relationships and interact with students at all levels.

At Otamarakau School we have high educational standards. This means identifying where our students are in their learning and challenging them to take risks in a supportive environment.

A wide range of opportunities are offered to students in academic, cultural and sporting fields and we support students to achieve in these areas and be proud of their successes.
