Maria Gorham is one of the owners of the studio, she teaches regularly and can be seen there most days. Having this year gone to India to do a further 300 hours training her love and passion for yoga on and off the mat is evident.
Maria welcomes you to the studio, to the yoga community and to your own journey of yoga. Whatever brings you to the mat is perfect, it is ultimately then you can explore what is there for you.
