Maitreya & The Masters of Wisdom - A World based on Sharing, Justice and Peace –

Throughout history, especially at times of crisis, great spiritual teachers have emerged to show humanity the next step forward. A group of such spiritual teachers is now living in the modern world.

Maitreya, known by millions, is already living among us, gradually emerging into full public recognition; fulfilling the expectations of many of the return of their awaited Teacher (according to the respective faith as the Christ, the Messiah, the fifth Buddha, Krishna, or the Imam Mahdi).

Maitreya is the Teacher for all humanity (those of all spiritual traditions, and those who follow no particular faith); coming as an educator in the broadest sense.

Maitreya has not come alone, but with the Masters of Wisdom who have long worked from behind the scenes as the inspirers, teachers and guides of humanity; returning to the everyday world to help us solve our most critical global problems.

Priorities
Maitreya has formulated simple priorities that demand immediate worldwide attention, covering the essential needs of every man, woman and child: adequate supply of food; housing for all; access to health care, education as universal rights. Other top priorities are the restoration of the environment; and establishing world peace.

At this time of great political, economic and social crises, Maitreya will inspire humanity to see itself as one family and create a civilisation based on sharing, economic and social justice, and global cooperation.

Maitreya and the Masters are here to show us the way forward, but they can only guide – we ourselves have to act to save our world.

Maitreya has been based in the Asian community of London since July 1977, gradually emerging into full public view.
