Anja's passion for Ayurveda was ignited in 2004 when Dr. Liladhar Gupta, a revered Ayurvedic doctor from India, introduced her to this ancient healing system. Eager to deepen her understanding, she pursued further studies, including training with Dr. Ajit at the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies in 2006. Her quest for knowledge led her to earn a Master of Science in Ayurvedic Medicine through the Middlesex University of London and the European Academy of Ayurveda in Germany. Armed with this comprehensive education, Anja has since dedicated herself to empowering others on their path to wellness through Ayurveda.
