Generation Change is our one-day workshop and mentoring programme preparing young women to make an impact in food & fibre. It's about exploring your personal values and strengths, drafting a career plan and connecting with inspiring food & fibre people. Understand how you can have meaningful work that motivates you to be your true self.
This workshop is open to any women who are thinking about or have already decided on the food and fibre sector and includes all the professional services that the sector needs. Whether you are currently in tertiarty study, training in the sector or in the first couple of years of your career, this programme will provide you inspiration to carve your way forward.
