This workshop is step one for Manawatū, and will focus on understanding the issues our local businesses are facing by collating information on our waste and by-product output including:

- What's in it?
- How much of it is there?
- What are we doing with it?
- What have we heard about that we could learn from?
The purpose of Sustainable is Attainable is to develop viable alternatives for the waste and by-products generated during food processing and manufacturing. This is achieved through collaboration across many businesses, universities and research and development organisations who, together, collect, assess, and identify key data and progress development of various solutions.
