This block is a great way to learn the basics of torch-fired enamelling. We will be focusing on opaque enamels on copper and you will learn some tricks to achieve stunning pieces in bold bright colours. We will explore techniques such as Sgraffito, stencilling, and adding wires to our design (basic Cloisonné).
This way, even beginners can turn their creations into beautiful earrings and pendants. If you have tried enamelling before, especially our previous Transparent Enamels course, you are most welcome to join the class, work on your own projects and get advice from your tutor.
Fee includes copper and enamel powders, extra materials are available for purchase.
We require anyone entering our workshops to wear a mask.
Our booking system asks for full payment to be made via credit card or PayPal on booking. If you do not have access to these payment methods or need to pay your course fee over time please email us to arrange this.
