Frame of Mind explores mental states which reflect specific memories through self-reflection, visions, and time capsules of personal experiences, producing a range of emotions that paints a picture of an individual’s hauora. This special performance shows how a devised creative process can be focused on expressing a particular emotion through an audiovisual domain.

This performance is part of Takurua Hauora: Winter Wellness, a series of events promoting health and wellbeing aligned with the concept of Te Whare Tapa Whā.
