At Wellington Zoo we are proud to be an integral part of the Wellington community for the last 115 years. On the weekend of 29 and 30 May we are welcoming our community to visit and explore the Zoo for a discounted price.
Adult tickets will be just $5, children 14 and under just $2 and, as always, children under three are free. A small booking fee applies. All proceeds will go to the Wellington Zoo Conservation Fund to directly support local and international conservation projects.
This year pre-booked tickets are required for all visitors (including children under three) and numbers will be limited.
The Zoo will open earlier than usual, from 9am to 5pm, and visitors must select a timed entry slot when buying their online ticket/s.
Make the most of your Zoo trip by heading along to our free animal talks. Mojo café and The Grazing Post will be open for a delicious lunch or coffee, plus there will be a Mojo coffee cart within the Zoo. Visitors are also welcome to bring in a picnic lunch.
