AKL Heritage Festival: Foxiest Devil Exhibition

Hunted by the Germans during World War 2, spymaster Ron Jeffery was referred to by the Gestapo as ‘one of the foxiest devils in Europe’. Jeffery, born of a Kiwi father and English mother outwitted and escaped enemy opposition, helped by the Polish Resistance. Learn more in the exhibition about this highly decorated soldier-spy of the Polish Underground who migrated to Auckland after the war.
