Conscious Dance Experience - 8 weeks together
Together we will resource ourselves to enter this world of changing times with as much grace & choice as possible.
Embodiment and dance practices support us to lean into what is authentic for us, what it is that we need in our lives, and what it is that we can let go of.
Sessions draw on: Open Floor dance, Nervous System Education, Embodied Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Image-based dance practices, Somatics, Improvisation & Somatic Therapy, and are open to all bodies, all genders and are trauma-informed.

8 thursdays May 16th- July 4th - 7pm - 120mins
Venue: Embodiment Collective (7 crawford st, level one, studio 3 - next to Barre Base)
Investment: $240 waged - $200 unwaged (split payment plans available)
The 8-weeks will run as a closed, committed group ~ join for the whole course ~ there will be no opportunity for drop-ins
