Celebrate Space Day!
Celebrate World Space Week at Tūhura Otago Museum with an array of experiments, demonstrations, films, talks, crafts, a kids' space quiz, a rocket launch... and more!
We have lots of entertaining and educational activities planned throughout the day to celebrate all things space. Make your own hanging planet mobile or alien creature, enjoy talks by leading experts in fields ranging from black holes to Titan, see how high we can launch a bottle rocket, and enjoy a free family screening of Wall-E in our Beautiful Science Gallery!
