Wellspring Centre

Wellspring is a centre for wellbeing situated on an acre of beautiful land in the village of Puhoi 45 kms from Auckland. Park like gardens slope down to a stream on the other side of which is native bush teeming with bird life. The homestead is a spacious two storey house lovingly crafted from beautiful timbers and an abundance of stained glass. The high pitched ceilings and stained glass windows lend a church like feeling to the upper storey.

The sense of being inside a cathedral is even more pronounced inside the recently built Dutch style barn with its lofty roof, magnificent stained glass church window, wood lined walls, polished wooden floor and superb acoustics.

Separate from the house is also a charming hut with native wood interior that is set aside for quiet and contemplation.

Puhoi is easily accessible to the beautiful regional parks of Wenderholm and Mauhurangi with their beaches, bush walks and open spaces. Further afield are the attractions of Goat Island Marine Reserve, Matakana and its famous markets and Leigh with the Leigh Sawmill famous for its food and live music.
