Our space is a purpose build martial arts training facility where we help foster a warrior mentality in all our athletes, preparing them both physically and mentally whether that be for martial arts, competition or for life. We have over 200 members of all ages training across our sport specific martial arts classes (which include ITF Taekwon-Do and WAKO Kickboxing) and / or general physical preparedness classes (which include our GPP youth / adult strength and conditioning, kickfit and Pilates).
