The Palms Lifestyle Village is a private company owned by Colin and Marilyn Parker, who own Richmond Villas in Thames. The Palms is managed by Daniel and Rochelle Skelton and has been designed by Peter Lochhead. Peter has been involved in designing over 22 villages throughout New Zealand.
All villas are architecturally designed and built of high quality materials. Intending residents may also add their personal touch. Being a privately owned company managed by a family, means you can enjoy a friendly personal environment.
