Rockbourne is one of Dunedin's best kept secrets. Built in 1906 this gracious two storied residence with its pretty gardens box hedging and giant fountain was once home to playwright Roger Hall.
Now the residence of costume jewellery designer Paul McDowell, the original library now showcases and extensive array of fabulous and affordable costume jewellery, Paul's beautiful pieces have been used widely in film and theatre. Many of the hand assembled creations are unique and very covetable, using vintage filigrees and French and German stones.
