Kahikatea Gardens

We are a five acre country garden with friendly animals on the outskirts of Greytown. Native trees, rambling roses, post & rail fences and many flowering trees & shrubs are just part of the garden which is guarded over by a 900 year old Kahikatea tree [NZ White Pine]. We have old sheds and stables filled with wonderful bits & pieces from a by-gone era.

Kids & adults alike love to pet Jordan the donkey, Kashmir - just one of our miniature horses, and our alpacas - Bolivia & Miss Peru also like a cuddle & kiss. Our white & black sheep love to feed out of your hand too!

Some of our miniature horses are for sale and trained for harness. We also have yummy Rexworthy Cottage Products for sale. Excess fruit & vegetables from our gardens are made into jams & chutneys. Lemons and walnuts are also available for sale. We are also starting our own walnut oil which is available in limited quantities.
