Ferrymead Heritage Park features an Edwardian township complete with picture theatre, school house, church, bakery, jail and railway station.
There are a fascinating array of museum and heritage collections. A tram runs weekends, public holidays and school holidays and a steam train runs on the 1st Sunday of each month March to November and every Sunday December to February. When operating, unlimited tram and train rides are included in the entrance price.
