Dayspring Care Centre offers a regular meeting place for people who have been through crisis. Whatever the cause - health, marriage or family breakdown - people from all walks of life can find friendship and support... with bottomless tea and coffee. Our crèche means parents and caregivers can attend our programmes.
Life skill programmes are run each day at the Dayspring Trust-Care Centre offering specialist parenting groups; Circle of Security©, Building Families for Life, Tool Box 0-5 years. A clearing anger recovery programme that facilitates healing in four stages: Restore, Resolve, Reconnect and Release, and practical life skills such as Budgeting workshops, cooking on a budget and meal planning, nutrition, sewing, handcrafts, art and women's health.
