We sell and promote high-quality, critically-relevant artwork by emerging and established contemporary New Zealand artists.
We show art in all media: painting, photography, sculpture, video and installation.
We value the ideas that art communicates and we enjoy art that engages, inspires, amuses, provokes and enriches.
Our name reflects our approach to art - art is essentially social, it is about communicating. And to do that it needs company - the company of artists and the company of supporters and collectors. Any gallery is only as good as the company it keeps. We value the company we keep and we enjoy the connotations of the name: Bartley and Company Art: reliable and inclusive, edgy and interesting.
