A Maze 'n' Fun

A Maze ‘n’ Fun is Hawke’s Bay’s most diverse attraction with a range of fun activities including the Amazing Maze 'n Maize and Corncob Crazy Golf.

The Maze is a pictorial pattern cut into a five hectare paddock of maize (type of corn). With approximately 8km of paths it takes on average 50 minutes to navigate, i.e. not everyone walks the full 8km! Each year there is a new maze design.

Corncob Crazy Golf is mini golf with a difference. A series of wacky putting greens to challenge even the best mini golfer.

Other activities include the PuddlePad, the 3D Vortex Tunnel and a picnic and play area full of old fashioned games, activities, and very friendly farmyard animals to keep young and old occupied for hours.

On Friday nights the maze fills with side show freaks & mutants to become the CornEvil haunted maze show (R16) where victims negotiate their way in the dark with added complications! BYO torch & courage! Strictly R16 as it is very scary. Real men do scream!

School of Scares is a haunted show for families and those not quite old enough or brave enough for CornEvil. Based on scary fairy tales, this show will spook as well as delight.

There are BBQs and picnic tables available for complimentary use, with a booking.
