New Year has kicked in and already we have plenty planned at the Studio. January's Market & Healing Day was great. Really some stunning stalls and very unique. Melanie's hand crafted pendants are bought in from South Africa - first time here in New Zealand. Joanne Sullivan wowed everyone with her beautifully carved Crystal pendants and Tibetan silver Jewellery. Arabesque Trove took me back to my trip to Morocco and wandering round the Medina's - beautiful rugs, carpets and cushions and even shared a delicious sage tea.

Like the studio the Market is unique with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Join our next one Sat 18 Feb from 10.00-2.00pm in Albany Village by the library.

Each month are Market Days are growing. More speciality food stalls, more clothing, artists, clairvoyants, Jewellery, crystals, natural health care products, furniture, Healers and Face Painting for the kids. Something for everyone and a great Village Vibe.

Spread the word, join us for a relaxed day out and meet some very talented people.

Another Raw Food Demo with Delwyn Ward - real, inspiring and talented. Join us Thursday 17 November @ 6.00pm. Cost: $40. Numbers are limited to just 8 - a chance to be inspired with real food, taste and enjoy.

School holidays are quiet for us but I still love our special classes. Have a new addition to Tuesdays after the school hols. Join Rasa for a lunchtime Rasa Lila Flow. $15 for an hour of space.

Weekend Retreat is filling up - it will be a great opportunity to have some space before the silly season. Please place your bookings by October 28th.
