"way too many queues, no way of telling how much is on your card, or how much they're taking out, or how much most beers cost. I thought there would be an advantage of pre-buying through event-finder and getting a smart card. i waited 45 minutes in the queue to get in, when door sales were able to go in, buy a smart card and load it up and get in after a few minutes wait. poorly organised."
