  • "NOTHING is the same as it ever was, as Byrne himself would agree, except major themes of the human condition. Even David Byrne is emphatically not the same as he ever was - and we are the richer for it, I suggest. That album itself proved he was arguing against himself - it changed contemporary music forever, and nothing that came after really was the "same as it ever was". I'm going to this one no matter what. The freebie ticket would simply let me take my best mate, who "found" the Heads at the same time as I did. Into the blue again/after the money's gone..."
