"Aggresive music allows me to "blow off steam" without causing problems for anyone else. It's like you can live vicariously thru the singer and the words and attitude's he uses when performing. Disturbed are one of the best around, they provide angry and agressive beats, but still beats that you can move too, it's not just an angry young man screaming at the wall incoherently. it's well thought out and powerful lyrics combined with superior sound, music you can move to. I think Phil Anselmo (Pantera) said it best "the realeasing of anger can better any medicine under the sun""
