    Hi Leon - If you click on the website url and scroll down to find each week's tramp and click on it will tell you what level of fitness is requred. If unsure just ring the club member listed as the contact for that tramp and they will be happy to talk to you. I have just put up the programme for the next 6 months - happy tramping.
