• "I have to say all concerts ive been too over the years have left lasting imprints in my mind.One in particular stands well above the rest.Being a teen in the early 80s i adored Stiff Little Fingers...well finally this year i got to see them preform in true punk/rock style!The young and old mingled,did the odd pogo and oi-ed up a storm.Their music was equally as enticing as it was back then.Im so glad i made the effort to dig out my docs, wack on an old SLF t-shirt and squeeze into my skin tight jeans.Even the alarm bell that rang out close to the end didnt stop the crowd from chanting SLF, SLF.Back inside it was SLF in full throttle mode,nobody could ask for more! I met up with some old mates who i could tell were just like me...totally awed,floored and exhausted from such a raw, punk rock experience."

• "What can i say! Im still AMPED from the very first Southern Amp event!!Shame The Hoodoo"s didnt make it.07 amped up with The Valves,Shihad,Concord Dawn,the list is endless.Cant wait to be back in the fantastic atmosphere this year.What Amps me up is knowing the bands get better every year and the line ups are equally as good if not better this year round!Its awesome to see so many bands/Djs in one day!This is definately CHCHs answer to The Big Day Out...only a few more days to go,ill be there, mates,sunglasses,food and fantastic live entertainment now thats what really amps me up!"
