BikeNZ undertakes work in the area's of High Performance, Events, Coaching, Junior Development and Advocacy.

Events include the Annual Bike the Bays in Auckland, National Mountain Bike Series, National and Island Championships in Road, Track, Mountain Bike and BMX, as well as any International events such as Oceania's.
