"I am known as the cheese monster... I think my love of cheese began when I was a little kid and we'd go visit my grandparents - they used to have cheese and crackers for breakfast, I always thought it was such a treat! I've gotten into cheese so much that I did a cheese making course and have been making my own feta & halloumi. Really cool to serve up at dinner parties! Can't wait to sample all the experts' feta and halloumi at the cheese fest!"
