"I have to pick Dame Kiri. Sat next to her at school at St. Mary's, I saw her win The Sun Aria in Hamilton, in the early 1960's and have followed her wonderful career for 45 years. I was fortunate to have her sing at my wedding in 1964. Her singing covers all areas from light classical through to the great arias."
