"My favourite way to spend a summers day...
Wake up with the sun shining through the blinds into my room, music playin on low from the radio thats been left on from the night before.. Rolling over to check my phone, getting a good morning txt from my bf and lying in bed for a few extra minutes as the sun continues to shine through and warm up the bottom of my bed.
Finally deciding to get up, get dressed in perfect summer clothes- lil short shorts and a cute singlet, pulling up the blinds and standing there feeling the warmth of the sun rush through my body, walking outside to find that somebodys already made me breakfast - bacon and eggs mmmmm....
Head down to the beach where all the locals are hanging out to meet my bf and a few mates, stripping down into just my new bikini that i bought especially for summer, and while applying baby oil onto me (this is bad haha) i can feel the water spritz from the fountain where all the kids play in. Decide to do a bit of a kayak and hire some out. On goes the life jacket and we start paddling out. When we decide its far enough, we unzip the life jackets just enough to lay in the sun and tan for a bit, just steadily floating in the ocean, before heading back onto shore.
Little kiddies screaming and eating icecreams makes us hungry so we head back home and start a bbq. Everybody gets on their phones and invites everybody over. BYO- everybodys got their drinks, cosmos, and can't forget the beer. Its so hot, everybodys having a good time, chilling n laxn out in the backyard, musics playing, everyones cracking jokes and laughing. The sun definitely puts everybody in a happy mood. I LOVE SUMMER!!!!! xxxx"
