  • "A working class man... That's a man that's not afraid to get his hands dirty, doesn't wear jewellery or need "Product", doesn't cook, unless it's a fry up after a night on the tiles, or burning sausages on the bbq. Family are important, and so are his mates. Loyal, hard working, hard playing and sometimes hard hitting (not to the family, just to help out mates in a scuffle). Gotta love them!"

  • "For me, I am always stunned and amazed by the trapeze artists! The co-ordination, strength and showman(person)ship is truely genius!"

  • "Here's a few goodies for a hangover - who can go past a good old fashioned mince and cheese pie with a can of coke!!! Or another favourite is a toasted English Muffin with smoked salmon, camembert cheese, lightly grill it then add a poached egg - I know the whole fish thing seems a bit weird, but it works for me! Got a mozzie bite or pimple or any other skin yucky - try dabbing tea tree oil on it, works everytime!"

  • "I LOVE ANIKA and have done from the very first time i heard her!! I saw her in Auckland supporting Dave Dobbyn and Lucy Lawless and it was just frigging awesome! She is one of the most down to earth and friendly singers i have ever seen! My dream would be to boogie and sing along with her songs, meet with her backstage, down a couple of drinks and just chill out! She really comes across as just a normal kiwi, and as I'm a westie, i have pretty much no pretensions (no, i don't have black jeans anymore, or tassled boots) but just really enjoy life."

  • "I can remember when he was found, it wasn't that long ago was it or am i just getting old!! I think he was just sick of the bull s*** that surrounded the incident and thought his mates weren't behind him so why not just bugger off in a classic man fashion!!! Bugger the lot of them, isn't that the saying? I also read a review of this the other day and thought it would be a pretty cool story and piece of theatre, it's been a while since I have been to an actual play, i think the last one was little shop of horrors over on the north shore, at least 12 years ago!! That's what having kids does to you!"
