"I really, really, REALLY want to go to Egypt and go up/down the Nile – at least 3 times in my life. I have loved things to do with Ancient Egypt since I was 10 years old and discovered a book in the New Plymouth library on myths and legends of Ancient Egypt. I built a temple to Isis in our backyard, pinching Mum’s sheets to dress up as the High-Priestess and press-ganging my little sisters to be priestesses. My house has got pictures, paintings (papyrus), and relics from Egypt – even my duvet has Ancient Egyptian images on it! Recently I did a course on hieroglyphics so I can read the writing in the pyramids, other monuments and artifacts. (I’m not really obsessive – just love everything to do with Ancient Egypt!). PS Don't live in NP anymore, but it's still my home town. Haven't made it to Womad, but it's right up there in terms of things I want to do!!"
