Some of my most far spreading include: a foot fetish rumor about a good friend of mine, a rumor that a Jewish looking friend had no foreskin, that that same Jewish looking friend got shot, that a girl at my school had a moustache... There's more, but those were my most successful."
"I once told a few friends at school that I'd been hit by a truck one day and was now in hospital, when really I was just home sick. Anyway there I was, sitting at home and enjoying playing video games, when I got a call from my mum asking me if I was alright and if she should come home. I was just like "What are you talking about? I'm just at home sick...". She then explained to me that someone from school had texted my sister, who had texted her. I explained that it was just a joke to some friends and she was relieved. Then later on I had another phone call which unraveled in a similar way. But that wasn't the end of it - for the rest of the day I was receiving worried texts from heaps of different people, all from different schools and areas. Somehow my dirty lie had spread through all the people I knew . The next day at school I had to explain to everyone what had happened, and I still had people asking me "Hey, weren't you hit by a truck?" for a few days afterwards!"
