  • "Now winter almost upon us and we are all feeling cold, most of us just want to sit back and relax. Unfortunately out bodies don't we just become lager by the week and come summer complain about our weight. Rock'n'Roll is the fun way to keep fit dance the pound off, keep the blood presser down in a relaxed club environment. After all we all know that dancing is one of the best exercises we can do just look at what Zomba dancing has achieved So come along and join in have fun and at the same time stop that depression once spring comes knocking on the door."
