  • "I'm going to the barbershop Show of Champions concert in Wellington on 19 September - I've heard some of these chourses and quartets before, and they are simply fantastic. Few people know that NZ singers are up there with the best that America can offer. Not only that, the event will really fizz because the acts will have won their quartet and chorus contests earlier in the day - so they will really want to show off. This will be a real showcase for great singing. Steve Heath, Wellington"
