EcoFest 2012
EcoFest2012 will be a month long community celebration of the environment and sustainable living. It will take place from Saturday 4th February 2012 to Friday 2nd March 2012
Primarily focussed on the west Auckland area, it will bring together any existing or planned events organised by like-minded community organisations, groups, educational establishments, businesses and Council.
The over-arching ethos will be to raise awareness of community organisations working to improve the local environment and promote sustainable living. People can find out how to get involved and make a positive difference to their local surroundings and their own lives.
