One of the most recognisable DJ and producer names in the world, Wilkinson, is about to hit Aotearoa shores playing his high energy shows to nearly all sold-out shows across the country.

Set to play seven shows, Wilkinson commences his tour on Thursday, May 13 at TSB Arena in Wellington, Friday and Saturday, May 14 and 15 at Trust Arena, Auckland as well as Saturday, May 15 at The Factory in Hamilton. The following week he hits Union Hall in Dunedin on Thursday, May 20, before rounding off the tour at Gloucester Green in Christchurch (SOLD OUT) on Friday May 21 and Tomoana Showgrounds in Hastings (SOLD OUT) on Saturday May 22.

Selling 20,000 tickets in one day, Wilkinson’s tour is being hailed as the fastest-selling dance act tours in the history of New Zealand, outselling Calvin Harris, Fatboy Slim and Disclosure.

Following on from his recent release, ‘Frontline’ on his new label, Sleepless Music, Wilkinson will be whipping crowds into a frenzy across New Zealand, playing from his extensive back catalogue of music, crowds can expect a mix of new and old classics.

Wilkinson has sold out Brixton Academy twice; amassed half a billion streams across his back catalogue, and worked with artists such as Naughty Boy, Laura Mvula, Wretch 32, Jem Cooke and Karen Harding, and even scored a platinum UK ‘Top 10’ hit with 2013 smash single ‘Afterglow’ featuring Becky Hill.

More recently he has been collaborating with Sub Focus, with the pair shifting their sound towards something altogether more melodic and introspective. Dropped last year, their debut collaborative album Portals hit the #1 spot on the OCC Dance Albums, with tastemaker platform UKF describing it as “the truest album they could have created.

Wilkinson will release his new single, ‘Keep Dancing’, this Friday May 7. This one is already being supported by all the scenes biggest names and features Amber Van Day on vocals. With two sold-out Brixton Academy’s under his belt and with final tickets flying out the door for the New Zealand tour, Wilkinson continues to push boundaries.
