Shapeshifter have just announced they will play three shows this November, kicking off in their original stomping ground Christchurch – where they play the Thursday of Cup Week (10th November) at the Horncastle Arena. Shed 6 in Wellington on Friday 11 November and the Town Hall Auckland on Saturday 12 November.
The tour announcement just dropped after the releasing of “Stars”, the first drop from their highly anticipated new album which will see the band release further new music and media throughout 2016.
Opening all shows will be Sachi & The Sunshine Sound System.
The young Auckland producing duo Sachi have been making waves here and abroad since the release of their breakthrough single ‘No More’. Their most recent track ‘Hold On’ was leaked by dance music tastemaker Diplo on his BBC Radio 1 show ‘Diplo and Friends’.
Long time touring pals Sunshine Sound System, know how to get a party started and keep it going all night, with their mash-up sets and special guests, they’re the perfect accompaniment to a night out with Shapeshifter.
