Elbow Announce Auckland Date

British indie group Elbow has announced they will be performing a one-off show at Auckland's Powerstation in November.

The band is touring in support of their sixth studio album The Take off and Landing of Everything, which was released in March this year.

With tickets for the first date being snapped up quickly by fans, a second date has been announced, on the 2nd of November.

In 2008 Elbow won the Mercury Music Prize for their album The Seldom Seen Kid, and in 2009 they won the Brit Award for Best British Group. In 2012 they released "First Steps", the BBC theme for the 2012 London Olympics.
