Dainty Group today announced a trailblazing collaboration with hip-hop icon Eminem to do headline shows with the world's biggest rap and urban stars including one New Zealand show, at Auckland's iconic outdoor Western Springs Stadium on Saturday February 15th, 2014.

Get ready for Rapture, a game-changing hip-hop event curated by Eminem, and presented by Dainty Entertainment, with ears tuned to the streets, and eyes locked on rap's future.

Tickets for Rapture go on sale on Thursday 31 October at 10am NZDT.

Eminem: in a headline spot hot off the release of The Marshall Mathers LP 2, due on November 5, and billed as one of the most anticipated albums of the year. The Guardian said of his recent shows in Britain:  “His stage presence is as potent as ever.”
Eminem sold out every seat of his triumphant stadium tour in Australia two years ago but this will be his first ever visit to New Zealand.

A 13-time Grammy and Oscar winner, Eminem has sold 80 million albums, scanned 120 million singles and had 2.5 billion views online.

In New Zealand, Eminem remains one of the most successful chart acts of all time.  Of his eight albums released here, 7 of them went to #1 - spending a combined 227 weeks in the official NZ Top40 Charts.  He has hit the top of the Singles Chart 6 times, including "Without Me" and "Lose Yourself", and most recently with his 2010 Rihanna collaboration "Love The Way You Lie" which was the second biggest selling single that year.
