Guitar giant Billy TK Jnr has announced five jazz, blues & soul festivals over the upcoming holiday season.
On Boxing Day in Kaitai, Billy is joined by Edna Love and Diana Harris at The Pavillion @ Twin Peaks for the Blues, Rock & Soul Festival 2009. On Monday, 28 December, Billy headlines A Twilight Occasion at the beautiful Ascension Wine Estate in Matakana, starting at 4:30 for a lovely family evening.
The Whitianga Concert On The Canal follows on Wednesday 30 December, where Billy TK Jnr, Edna Love and Diana Harris will be joined by Caitlin Smith, Hammond Gamble and BillyTK.
On Friday 1 January, you can catch the same lineup in Pauanui at the Concert On The Park, with plenty of fun family activities along with the world-class jazz and blues festival.
The Gisborne International Jazz & Blues Festival is so big it takes two days on Sunday & Monday 3 & 4 January at Port Eastland with shows throughout the venues over those two big days.
