So the KISS Army will be out in force when the band takes to the Wellington stage next year!

The band's now into its 34th year and shows no sign of losing popularity, what with their music and of course, their easily identifiable image 'all done up in make up' (as referenced by Robbie Williams in his "Let Me Entertain You" video).

The band will be sharing the stage at Rock2Wgtn with fellow rocker Ozzy Osbourne so rock fans will really be in for a very special heavy metal treat.

This line up hitting the capital over Easter weekend 2008 will be featuring two of the original line - Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley and is a guarantee of a great live show.

They've come a long, long way since performing for just three people in their first ever gig back in January 1973; since then, they've shaped the face of rock music but after 27 years in the limelight, they decided to call it time on the band.

However, the lure of the music proved too much for them and they reformed - and have been enjoying the touring experience ever since then. With tribute bands flowing for Kiss, fan conventions and more tours, it's like they've never been away.

Their gig in Wellington over Easter will come just weeks after they've played at the Grand Prix in Australia . . . so they'll be geared up and ready to show who is boss!

So who will rock more - Kiss or Ozzy Osbourne? And who else would be great on the bill for the Rocktacular?
