Dragon To Tour In April

It's been nearly 9 years since one of New Zealand's greatest rock vocalists, Marc Hunter, passed away. So it's fitting that another Kiwi, Mark Williams, is now fronting Dragon, touring here in April.

For the young ones, Dragon are the band that Australia pinched along with the rest of our stuff. Australia may have given Dragon the break they needed way back when, but they're still one of our own, so let's make sure they get a wicked welcome when they play gigs in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Christchurch and Wellington.

For those who are interested, Bruce Sergent has a great warts and all history of the band (it's worth it for the photos alone).

I will gladly consider myself one of the young one's as I was most certainly not old enough in the 70's, but I sure know all the songs.
