Born into a middle-class family, Vorn was the son of either his parents or another couple of that name. Always a hobo, he decided to take refuge under a bridge, which promoted his ill-health and poor table manners. In deep debt, Vorn attended a university before pursuing a career in unemployment and poverty. For creating a mockery of the welfare state, he was forced to find work for nearly a year. He fled to Korea where he visited such prominent landmarks as Kwang Ju Bus Terminal and Seoul Train Station. Vorn then returned to New Zealand where he would spark national indifference with his albums and live shows.
Vorn has released six albums in a songwriting career spanning thirteen years. Together with a crack troop of hand-picked Wellington musical prodigies, he regularly tours New Zealand, spreading dismay and unpleasant surprise whithersoever he fares.
