Taupō Disc Golf are very proud to announce details of the '2024 Taupō Classic presented by Cosana'. This three-day event is the first tournament of the 2024 Tour Down Under and sanctioned by both the PDGA (B-Tier) and NZDG (50 pointer). It will offer an estimated $10,000 pro purse.
Taking place at the world class Spa Park, this 54-hole* event is limited to 150 competitors and will feature the most challenging layout we have ever presented. This is our club's premier tournament, and we are targeting top level players from across both New Zealand and overseas. Registration is currently open.
This Taupō Classic will be played over the weekend prior to the NZ National Championships. If you are travelling to Nationals, Taupō is only 3hrs by road, so why not come a few days early and play both!
